In a career spanning over 25 years, she has worked extensively with private sector enterprises and government organisations across multiple industries, globally.

Ruma has a proven track record (and greatly enjoys) building high performance teams and ensuring exceptional customer and partner satisfaction in Software, Services, Security and Digital. Her experience demonstrates her proven ability to not only execute but thrive in complex, fast-paced environments across Asia Pacific and Japan and globally.

Her specialties include strategy development and sales, management consulting, IT services, partner ecosystem development with go-to-market innovation, P&L management, and operations planning. She is also a frequent speaker at Cisco and industry events.

Ruma holds an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and a degree in Computer Engineering from Columbia University. With her husband and two daughters, Ruma has lived in Singapore since 2007. She is passionate about mentoring young women in STEAM education and throughout their professional careers.
