Her experience demonstrates her proven ability to not only execute but thrive in complex, fast-paced environments across Asia Pacific and Japan and globally.
Her specialties include strategy development and sales, management consulting, IT services, partner ecosystem development with go-to-market innovation, P&L management, and operations planning. She is also a frequent speaker at Cisco and industry events.
Ruma holds an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and a degree in Computer Engineering from Columbia University. With her husband and two daughters, Ruma has lived in Singapore since 2007. She is passionate about mentoring young women in STEAM education and throughout their professional careers.
